Return & Exchange

How to return an item

1. Email info@sezanni.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We send you a prepaid DHL Express return label and instructions.
3. Pack the items in their original packaging and hand the parcel to DHL.

Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with all labels, dust bags and original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy for details.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Tell us in your email and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.
