Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may depend on your screen. Products are available while stocks last.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
4. Shipping
Orders ship with DHL Express. Shipping and returns are free. Production times for hand-worked items are described on the Production Time page.
5. Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Return & Exchange and Refund Policy pages.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law. If a product is defective, contact info@sezanni.com.
