How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and returns are free with DHL Express. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How long will my order take?
In-stock items are prepared quickly and shipped with DHL Express. Hand-worked pieces may need extra production time — see our Production Time page for details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns are free with DHL Express. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are on the Return & Exchange page.
What is the 100-day trial programme?
We want you to live with your SEZANNI piece before deciding. The trial programme gives you time to test quality and comfort in everyday use.
How do I care for my leather goods?
Keep leather away from direct heat and prolonged sun, clean it with a soft dry cloth and store it in its dust bag. Our Product Care guide has more tips.
